Learners with Multiple NVQs

The report lists learners who are recorded as studying more than one NVQ at the same time. A learner is included in this report if:

• There are two Trainee Details records active at the same time for the same POT.

  or

• There are two or more POTs which overlap (based on the main aim start date and actual end date).

The first reason is usually indicative of a data issue. However, the second issue can sometimes occur legitimately. Please note that all aims are shown for the learners who are included.
